Apologies, I tried this again today and it works. I think what happened last time was that I was already in Sport and changed it. May have needed to turn Sport off then back on for it to take affect. This time I changed it prior to turning on Sport and it does as you said.

Did you confirm the valve was open when you pulled the fuse?

I know this is late, but having just searched to find out how to keep the valve open, I did the fuse pull trick. But every other day I get a CEL.

I wondered if its because I have a sports cat in place of the OEM one.

Anyone else have any ideas??
