Hello Y'all,
I have a issue with the steering wheel binding in curvy roads. I can be going any speed, and when turning it feels like a dead spot, and when straightening it out, it feels like it is binding. Sometimes when I have the wheel turned at a curve, I have to straighten it a bit, because it binds. Weird feeling I have not encountered before.
I had Toyota do an alignment, which did not fix the issue. However they did do 0.13 degree of toe-in on both sides, total of 0.26 toe-in. Thought this might have been the issue, so I did another alignment but this time 0.05 degree toe-in on both side, and still the same feeling.
I also have all the safety features off, and at the lowest setting.
Should I try 0 degree of toe on both sides? Could it be the PSS tires?
Car is still new 2026 with 3K miles.
