So I've recently noticed my tan seat bottom looked very dirty and stained after only 2.2k miles. I bought some leather cleaner wipes to clean it, and noticed the wipe becoming blueish after wiping. I've never had a lighter interior car, and tend to wear jeans everywhere. Is this something I have to look out for ? or I'm imagining things.

My jeans stained my tan seats in my 23 A91. Absolutely is reactive, old jeans washed many times too.

Yep, this is why I will only ever have black seats. You’re not crazy, it’s definitely dye transfer from your jeans.

I have the same problem, but it cleans up pretty easily with a decent leather cleaner. Like the other guy said, Lexol is always a solid product.

I see the same thing on my seats. My interior is ceramic coated but a damp microfiber cloth takes it off with no effort

Jeans will lose dye overtime. If you're into selvedge/raw denim definitely don't wear a newer pair of those in the car, they will rub right off on your seats. Best bet is if you have to wear jeans wear a pair that is already of a lighter tone cause chances are most of the dye has already come off of them.
