So I've installed the AMS wind buffeting trim, which helped a bit but around 120km/h+ its still there.
I've seen a lot of people say the "winged' mirror cap eliminates it completely... however I personally do not think the lines match the car.

I've been doing some research and I think we can possible retrofit the full BMW winged mirror assembly. I believe the mirror caps look at better...

Who wants to be guinea pig? lol if not I might do it myself...

Pass on the mirror assembly but i'm surprised that you are having an issue after installing the AMS piece. I haven't even thought about wind buffeting since I installed them.

I have had the M style mirror covers months before the AMS kit, they did nothing to alter the buffeting.

Yes, AMS pieces work well enough to drive with windows down and still be able to listen to stereo @ 45-50+ mph
