Car revs at idle without my gas, stopped burbling, recently was running low coolant - stock tune

Hey everyone,

I have a 2023 gr supra b58 stock tune (with a locked ecu), JB4 (i rarely load a map that is not stock), catless armytrix downpipe w/ cat simulator, mst v2 intake, fuel-it flex fuel sensor (but i've been only running 91 for last 6k miles) with about 23k miles

Recently, my supra gradually not popping or burbling over time during downshifts, and letting off the gas in sport mode. I also started noticing that at stoplights, the car sometimes starts revving, jumping from 800 rpm to sometimes 1.3k, 1.4k and drops after a brief moment as if nothing happened.

I also noticed that the green coolant was a little low so I topped it up and hasn't been a problem for the last ~1k miles).

I've done oil changes every 3k miles with Liquimoly Special Tek 5w30. I haven't done spark plugs yet. I've done brake fluid flush.

I want to say that this might be spark-plug related, but I'm unsure

Is the car throwing any codes? See if you can get a log of the car misbehaving and that'll hopefully shed some light on things.
I'd suspect the JB4 first since that's got ins on a lot of the sensors and can easily mess with things.
