What’s the performance I can get from either?
I heard the cold air can increase HP and the short ram won’t, but it sounds really cool...
Thoughts on this before I make a purchase?

A tune will give you more gains than getting a new intake. Like @Rocksandblues said, you'll get it more for the whoosh or for engine bay dressing than anything else.

Right. And I don’t think a cold air intake is needed for an extra $200 than a short ram since the car is turbo charged

No performance gains as everyone said until you go the tune route and raise the boost.
