Car running DOC Race turbo kit on 95 RON + BOOSTane fuel so around 98 RON + Meth kit in a relatively nice weather. Tune still to be optimized (down on power in 5th gear) however I doubt it would go any faster with current DA in Qatar (1600 ft) and its going to get way worse the upcoming days.

Try 2nd gear starting @ around 50km

Should bring it down a couple of tenths
I went out tonight to try from 2nd gear (not same road) got 8.40 but slop was 1.80%. couldn't try again on the same road. so I kept trying on different roads with different methods. The best run was 8.54s slop was 0.00%. Kept the transmission on auto, sport mode, and no traction. from a lower speed around 70 - 75KM. Also, fuel was lower (showing 2 lights).

I noticed that I have to cool down the car between runs. if I do back to back runs the car won't perform well.

Yeah it's faster going from 2nd gear ;)

I've been doing some testing with the Torque Pro Android app. Unlike other phone apps this one is extremely consistent and I think pretty accurate. To get a baseline idea I ran my wife's 2003 Mbz SL500 with 40,000 miles. It is stock and has zero wheelspin. On a 100 degree day over three runs I got 15.1-15.3@96-97 mph. 0-60 was 6.6 to 7.1. As a point of reference Car and Driver got 14.7@97 and 0-60 in 6.3 so my times were right in line. My Supra has Twisted Tuning E50 tune and CG Precision catted downpipe. First I tried modulating the throttle and had horrendous tirespin and ran 13.1@121. I then used launch control. Wheelspin was less but still excessive and I ran 12.4@124. 0-60 was 4.1. This morning I went out early and ambient was around 75. Ran 12.3@125 and 0-60 in 4.0. Unfortunately Torque Pro doesn't record 60 foot times, at least not that I have found, but I know mine are terrible. I certainly like my speed though. I imagine it might be 1-2 mph higher than what an actual drag strip trap would be though the Mercedes seemed spot on.

What gear did you start? Best for me was 8.30 on BM3 stage 2
I started in 2nd gear at 40mph. It was 75°F out and had a 120lbs passenger with a quarter tank of fuel. Dragy is a heartbreaker
