I noticed an issue with my 21' where the driver window was slighly rubbing the back one when closing the door. That seems to have stopped but then I noticed a wind noise when driving so looked again and it looks like the window does not go all they way up and only about half way up the weather strip.

What could it be? What should I do? Or should I just leave it?

To relearn: hold the "window down" button for 20 seconds.

Even setting the down position first? Does it let you with a few presses get it to the top.

another thought is is the micro switch registering the door as closed?

I have had no luck getting it to do anything by holding the window button. I have reverted to manually adjusting it. Got to take the door panel off to get to the bolts but that will solve your issue.

Just to make sure

1, Press butting to get the window to the bottom position

2, Press and hold down for 30 seconds,

3, Pull button up till it’s in the top position

4, pull and hold for 30 seconds.

hole you get there with it.

Likely wil need to try this. Not sure if I want to pop it off a mess with it, might have the speakership of another place work on it.

I’m having the same issue you had. Did you finally find a solution for it?

Thanks for your help!
After a bit of body work done on my door I had this issue and was able to move the window up and down a bit by hand. The actuator was busted by whoever re-installed the door and I had to get it replaced.
