I have the same problem. Washed the car with a power washer (like I do with all my vehicles), used a super sud attachment etc. 1st time washing since I got it. It's a 2020 LE. Had it since end of June (only driven a handful of times due to work). Next day windows would not go down. When I locked the car the folding mirror on the driver's side would not fold, nothing on the switch panel works. That was 1.5 weeks ago and it still wont work. The passenger side works fine. Checked fuses, took the door card off. Looked for water ingress etc. bone dry from what I can see. People state it seems to rectify itself with in days. Welp, 1 and a half week later still not working at all.

I ended up removing the door panel and the mirror to get to the connectors… i cleaned and dried everything out and used 99% isopropyl alcohol to clean all the connectors.

Then i placed the car outside in direct sun for a day.

a few days later the door and windows were working.

Hope this helps!

When you took the mirror off how did you do it? I was going to do this too. I unbolted the mirror (the 2 big bolts on the inside) and tried to "wiggle" the mirror some to see if it would move. I couldn't get any movement from the mirror and I didn't want to force it.

So basically you remove the mirror and left the mirror out in the sun??? Did you leave the door card with the switch out in the sun too??

There are guides to taking apart the side mirror and cap as well as disassembling the door to get to the connector from the mirror.

Very frustrating!!!
