TL;DR: Can I drive my car with the airbags deployed (Driver restraints, Passenger Restraints, and/or any other restraint warning), or will it cause issues?

I was in a minor accident (not thaaat minor but the car drives fine), and all the airbags were deployed. The dealership said replacements will take 45–60 days to arrive. My work is only 5 minutes away (a 30–45 minute walk), so I’d only be driving short distances.

I know it’s not ideal to drive without airbags, but I don’t have another car, and renting one isn’t an option. Will the car feel or perform differently with the airbag warnings active, or is it fine to drive cautiously until the repairs are done?

I wouldn't. Airbags do safety things when accident things happen. Besides, driving a car only 5 minutes daily does nothing but harm your car's engine.
