Look into DocRace and Spool as well. I know there are people here who will hate on the log style manifold that the Spool uses, ignore them. In real world usage the difference is negligible.
When I built my first Supra, I tried reaching out to DocRace for months with no response... I even had big name people reach out to them for me and they also got ghosted. So I'm not going to entertain them ever again.

I'll look at Spool's offering. Thanks for the heads up.

FFS, DO NOT BUY THAT MANIFOLD! Look for a tubular, as close to "equal length" manifold.

Spool as well. I know there are people here who will hate on the log style manifold that the Spool uses, ignore them
People should ignore you now. How fucken stupid are you?

the people i know with the spool kit definitely comment on the delayed spool and peaky response up top. It's "fine" but far from ideal. For the power it shouldn't be that laggy. Times won't reflect everything related to daily driving.

I’ve also heard this. They seem to have managed to combine the worst of both worlds for manifolds: unequal length AND long runners.

Peaky, and laggy. lol

Well, would you look at that. Coming from 2 b58 OG's. You would think the log style manifold would increase spool and response. A top mount design should give adequate space to fabricate tubular equal length runners for more healthy airflow, spool and response aside. It begs the question why would anyone want run a manifold that gives all the bad without any of the good.

Higher EGT's, increased cylinder head temperatures from running top mount, Increased exhaust pulse interference from unequal length, inefficient Turbine::Compressor pressure ratio, increased manifold back pressure, increased cylinder temperatures, increased probability of knock, increased timing corrections.
But nah, let's take the word of the TrustMeBro™ cat account.

Guess I got lucky with my 6466, no issues for me. All these dime a dozen hybrids companies are just a hit or a miss with quality control. I'm assuming this must be one of their tier 2 suppliers ?‍♂

Since its usually a handful of people building them, its a risk i shouldn't have taken. Should have built my own kit with a turbo from a major OEM from the beginning. Shawn just sold DAWs to Trevor at bimmer-networks and started another company lol.

Oh finally I got it.
I put the 6466 and 6769 in my Supra and 240 as soon as they came out.
The 6466 can run over 36psi without any problems,
but the 6769 has serious smoke issues. That's why I didn't use much boost, and I'm getting ready to replace it with a Pure 900. The 6769 spools slower than the 6466, and I didn't use much boost because I was afraid it would break.

It never fails, the guys that are quick to get super triggered and nasty are usually the ones that are the most ignorant and wrong.
The only reason I got triggered was because rottmore acted like a cunt right off the bat. Just because you want to assert your thoughts doesn’t give you the right to be a disrespectful ass about it. Either come correct and bring on the data, or not at all. If he had done so, we wouldn’t be having this conversation.
