Euro Performance Center Femto DME Unlock Journey to Finland Live

Been on the fence on unlocking my 2022 Supra DME because with sending out of the country to Finland and all, so teamed up with Louaye @EPC with there hand delivery service to embark on this journey. I'm going to document as much as I can for everyone else that maybe on the fence as well starting with my first post:

8/18/2023 Friday @ 2:30 PM - Reached out to Euro Performance Center via there site chat

8/18/2023 Friday @ 3:00 PM - Lauaye from EPC, reached out to me answered all my questions on BM3, and what happens if your DME is lost for any reason. He explained:

• EPC cover everything to get your car restored w/ Toyota, and furthermore
• EPC has unlocked around 300 DME's thus far with this service
• Lauaye also mentioned that if your DME makes the first half of the trip to Femto, they will immediately backup you DME to a file. Worse case scenario, from that point on, if anything happens to your DME they can restore to another unencrypted DME worst case scenario
• Confirmed, BM3 is the best unlock at the moment for encrypted Supra DME's

Feeling much better after speaking with him, I decided to pull the trigger, added the service to my cart and checked out on there website:

8/19/2023 - Received ordered AirTag delivered from Amazon

8/18/2023 - Received TagVault AirTag surface Adhesive Mount delivered from Amazon

8/21/2023 @ 1:56 AM - Received Overnight Shipping Label (To make there 8/23 Finland Trip, looks like there going monthly)

8/21/2023 @ 9:11 AM - Packed and Shipped and dropped off my DME to UPS with EPC's overnight shipping label they emailed me

8/22/2023 @ 11:37 AM UPS & AirTag shows delivered

8/22/2023 @ 11pm'ish - EPC reached out and asked if they can relocate AirTag for labeling, however they were able to add the label without needing to relocate AirTag

Will post another update once DME is in flight to Femto OTW to Finland..!

The only tracking info you would receive would be from UPS, for the overnight trip from your home to EPC, and from EPC back to your home. However, with that being said, you wouldn't have any visibility with anything in between that e.g. from EPC to Finland and from Finland back to EPC (which is majority of the trip). So I figured why not mount an AirTag on it so we could have at least some visibility, and so far, it's worked out great .

8/23/2023 @ 4PM, EPC heading to Airport Richmond Airport , looks like EPC is doing quite a few DME unlocks , estimating around 50 DME's on this trip based on how many can fit in one case.

Update! Looks like we're leaving Places Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport out of Terminal 1 waiting to board, assuming OTW to Finland .

Looks like Air France was the reason why the layover was longer than expected , more importantly Louaye @EPC is safe and sound in Finland.
