Exhaust Pipe Flow

I have a 23 3.0 mt, after startup one day I exited the vehicle and noticed that the usual condensation that is on the exhaust tips was only on the left (drivers side) pipe tip, I put my hand behind that side and felt the mild exhaust gas flow, then I put my hand behind the right (passenger side) pipe tip and I couldn't feel any exhaust flow exiting. I have had many cars with dual exhausts in the past and never seen this before, is this normal ?
