Hey everyone, my 2022 supra 3.0 premium had just been recently totaled, luckilky i was fine but the car wasn't. I was told it was deemed a total loss so I will unfortunately not be getting it back. I've kept a bunch of stock parts and stripped as many parts of the car as I could before they took it into the junkyard. Everything I list is for sale, please do not DM or comment asking for a cheaper price because the prices are set and I'm already selling for as cheap as I can.

I wonder if there is a difference between manual and auto when it comes to unlocked ecu.

not sure brother, all i know is there both from bosch. I got it unlocked by GTP motorsports in sun valley. They shipped the ecu out to femto in Finland i believe

If you're getting another Supra, most likely a newer one, why give away a unlocked ecu?

I had already PM’d on the BM3 license a couple hours before your msg where it may be too late to transfer it to a new user as you have to flash the ECU back to stock through the BM3 app before it will then release the license to another user+vin. As his car is now in the junkyard I don’t think it possible. I doubt you can even put the ECU into another Supra unless the vin is held locally within the ECU. (which would seem the wrong place to keep this information for me) Maybe someone else here knows?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think a post June 2020 ECU even if unlocked could be modified for another car? If that was possible, wouldn't any unlocked ECU be clonable? That's obviously not the case. Or is it?

I don't think the key fob can be reprogrammed either because the chip inside is write once.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
