I had already PM’d on the BM3 license a couple hours before your msg where it may be too late to transfer it to a new user as you have to flash the ECU back to stock through the BM3 app before it will then release the license to another user+vin. As his car is now in the junkyard I don’t think it possible. I doubt you can even put the ECU into another Supra unless the vin is held locally within the ECU. (which would seem the wrong place to keep this information for me) Maybe someone else here knows?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think a post June 2020 ECU even if unlocked could be modified for another car? If that was possible, wouldn't any unlocked ECU be clonable? That's obviously not the case. Or is it?
I don't think the key fob can be reprogrammed either because the chip inside is write once.
