RHD mk4 supras are valued lower. Usually the LHD USDM go for upwards of 6 figures.

Now, maybe the car was updated, fresh engine, put on a whole lot of miles (from 69K to 135K), but I don't think it went through a automatic to manual and right hand drive conversion as the car you posted is very clearly right hand drive and the one in the add is clearly left hand drive and an automatic.
