Take it to a detail pro, they are most likely going to be able to tackle it with some authority….

Start with a mild interior cleaner and a mid stiffness boars hair brush. If that doesnt work get yourself some Swissvax artificial leather cleaner and give that a shot. Finish with some Swissvax artificial leather treatment or carpro perl with the proper interior dilution.

This is the best answer in here. Pro detailer, if no dice, replace the whole piece.

Try a clothes steamer if you have one…if not, take a damp towel, place it on the affected area and go over it quickly with an iron. As someone else mentioned, heat it most likely the best route.

I'm loving all these ideas. It's like, how do I clean the ice off my windshield? Use rock salt and sandpaper.

I would have thought someone here, anyone here, would have had the same experience.

I have an appointment at the Dealer tomorrow.

Ugh.

Ive been detailing for 20 years, including 6 years at an exotic car dealer. I dropped my suggestion above, but if you're not comfortable, probably best to leave it to a pro.

I appreciate your suggestion. Too bad you're not local.
