I put a suction cup mount on my dashboard this morning. It was only there a few hours. Now I have a ring on the dash. Can't get it off. Need some expert advice, pls. This is driving me crazy. Thanks!

Heat is probably the only way to get it back quickly (hairdryer). Otherwise, I would let it sit in the sun for a while to see if you notice any difference. Chemicals probably won't help and may make it worse. I'm thinking it's due to the pressure from the suction.

I've never seen anything like this. I tried leather conditioner but didn't work. I'm kinda freaking out.

It probably removed the top layer of the leather. Kinda like how some leather peels or shreds. Suction was tough. I think your best bet is to not put more chemicals on it.

I def understand you as I freak out from even swirl marks, but if it isn't raised/cracked, I'd let it be.

But how do I get rid of it! I can't take my eyes off it!

Agreed that it's probably best to not mess with it. Likely will *mostly* go away with some time (and heat).

Looks like you’re toast. The chemical in the suction cup bleached your dash.

I would try some leather conditioner.

I would suggest some 409 cleaner on a new microfiber towel.

Like others said, sit the car out in the sun to see if the marks dissipate.

Worse case scenario, the dash can be resprayed by an upholstery shop.
