How new is your Supra?

I have a 2020 and don't drive it as much as I would like. It sill looks new, no dings etc and only has a little over 6,000 miles (3 oil changes lol). And when I get in it, it still smells like a new car. When I take it out and run it in the sport mode, even the engine smells new. Still like a new car though I would love to take it on a long haul for a few days.

I agree, I would love to have many, many more miles on it. Circumstances dictate otherwise but I love driving it even though I think of selling but a great car.

Roughly 10k. I do oil changes once at the start of spring and once at the end of fall. Interior spells like new. Had to get a new hood though cause some idiot thought he could bunny hop over it with his bike.

I'm lucky enough that my company has bi weekly car washes so the gentleman that details my car does a superb job. It has blown my expectations as a daily driver at 18K miles so far, and hoping it will still look like new in a couple more years.

Also doesn't hurt to ceramic coat your car!

I had a 1990 Mitsubishi AWD GSX turbo and when I sold it 20 years later, with a fairly new engine that was dropped in and it ran like a new car, it also still looked almost new. The guy that bought it didn't even drive it. Said he could tell by hearing it and the looks, it was good to go.

So I hope for the Supra, though I have to admit, even though I have never driven the Supra as fast as the GSX (140 went to the top end), I enjoy the Supra more. And away it goes.

Break in lasts from the dealer lot till it's fully warmed up

Drive it normal for 10-15 minutes, then let her rip. She'll only ask for more.

I have 11k on mine, I daily it during the months above 40° but I live 8 miles from work so it goes up slowly.

You regret selling the DSM? Loved AWD DSM’s. I had a ‘95 but it wasn’t a 4G63 🫤

At times I have. I used to get people looking at it and complementing it and asking what it was. White body and black top. Made some great trips with that car. And it stuck to the road like it was glued to it. Used 225 tires.
