I have a weird sound coming from the left of the driver side and I’m not 100 percent sure what it is. I believe it’s a wheel bearing but I’m not sure. Here is a video of what I am talking about. Pls help :(

Gonna be a lot of guessing. Is it reliably produced? Anything specific cause it or just simply driving? Does it happen on corners, straights, or both?

It seemed to go away when you lifted off the throttle.

Does it only occur only when under load/accelerating?

Does it vary with speed?

It seems to only happen when I put on throttle when I’m driving. No weird sounds at idle and when revving in both normal and sport mode. It sounds like it’s coming from the front left wheel area.

Does it get worse while accelerating? That’s usually the case if it is a wheel bearing.

Yes, it only happens when applying decent amount of throttle

It doesn’t seem to make any sounds going at certain speeds. Only when on throttle but I haven’t tried going high speeds just in case ya’ know.

the sound isn’t coming from anywhere near the turbo.
Sound is coming from left driver side. Buddy of mine didn’t hear anything on the right side.

Yeah, if anything it would be a leak in the charge pipe or intake manifold on that side... not turbo. Not that I think that's the case... very hard to tell from video - but would make more sense than the turbo failing.

I have found the culprit here. The charge pipe silicon’s bottom clamp got loose and slipped its way off of the charge pipe so it’s just a boost leak. I am now trying to figure out how to get that damn clamp from under my car! Anybody have some suggestions as to what I can do to retrieve my clamp?

Ah! One of the reasons I’m sticking with the stock chargepipe lol, see this happen weekly to people

I’d try to hook it with a coat hanger, then hair go for removing the skid plate and grabbing it by hand
