Questions in regards to JB4 piggy back
System; being my cars ECU is locked,
And I don’t want to possibly jeopardize
Warranty,I’m considering purchasing
This, any advice on this product? Thx
JB4 works as advertised .... Had mine installed with an intake and you not only feel the difference but recorded it...0-60 and 1/4 mile. My reasoning is the same as you, have the 100k mile extended warranty and don't want to void it. JB4 is enough to have fun and smoke a few vettes too!

I mean, it's fine if you, or someone you know knows what they're doing. Just like any other flash or tune, you have to watch your logs, check things, make sure the car is behaving, etc. JB4 is just a tool, and it works well. The out of the box maps are decent, but not great.
that's The problem, half the people on here don’t. ?

So, there is no confirmation wether this actually does what is advertised? No before and after dyno pulls?
below is a pull I did before having @DaBears tune my JB4. The first (2) are stock ECU settings the rest are different maps from the JB4. My mods are MST intake, AMS catted DP, and magnaflow exhaust. JB4 does exactly as advertised and you will feel the difference. Also my fuel was E30 when I did these pulled.

I’m currently on a custom map 6 on E40 tuned by @DaBears and it feels amazing!

I went a different route. I bought the much more simple JB+. No monkeying around with maps. Nothing for me to screw up. Installed in about 5 minutes. Cranked it up to the max setting and it made a good difference. I'm running it until I can, much like you, tune my currently-untunable ECU. Am I not maximizing what I could get out of something like this? Sure... but it's fine. Car is plenty fast. I don't have any sponsors to make happy. :p

Is a big difference between $15k bike
And a $50k car, as far as jeopardizing

I’ll probably buy it, as long as I can remove it, for warranty purposes
But, I’m a little hesitant that the Ecu would have a memory in regards to
Engine going past it’s parameters
I.e. boost

Me too, I have 21 lock ECU and @DaBears tune for me..am running map6 with E40 blend....
My mods.
Ams intake , ftp charge pipe, Fi catless downpipe and Fi cat-back exhaust . Make sure look for @DaBears tune for you

I have quite a few mods as well. No CEL. Intake, exhaust, JB4, Meth Injection, Catted Downpipe, Charge pipes (for the meth), etc. CEL is usually off - I've ran into a couple hiccups.

Just finished tuning with @DaBears as well on the JB4. First off it's an extremely solid piggyback system. I also ran it on my Type-R and Golf R with zero issues.

Jesse and I worked on a 93 tune and E30 tune. Night and day difference! And the timing and engine are much happier now, pulls super smooth and very strong especially on the E30 tune.

After being recommended by Jesse, I ordered Dragy. We've had rain on and off, so I only tested the 0-60 once, but even with spinning the tires for a good second, I still logged a 4.8 time (that was on partly wet road). In the dry and with some practice, we'll absolutely be sub 4 seconds with this tune and that's on the B48 ;b

Long story short, JB4 in combination with a tune from DaBears is the go to combo for 2021's and up until the ECU is unlocked!
