Just thought I would share an interesting experience.
I drive a 2020 LE, couple basic mods like DP, intake, charge pipe and jb4.

I've been running w the jb4 for a few months and overall I like it but I am looking to fully unlock and go bm3. I called a tuning shop today and had my first experience w a genuine Supra hater. Sadly, he starts the conversation after asking about if they work on the A90 by saying it's a "gay car" ? he went on to say how its a glorified bmw blah blah blah, I stopped listening and just hung up saying ill take my business elsewhere. Definitely feel like i dodged a bullet by not having a narrow-minded fool with a bias touch my car. So sad and pathetic. But i will keep on searching for a shop who can help me and just treat me like a client instead of trying to voice their personal opinions which are inconsequential, as if I would have some sort of sudden epiphany and say, "omg you're right, what was I thinking buying this car!"

Here in Australia, each and every time I drive the Supra, I get positive vibes. Last drive I had a BMW driver roll down his window and ask me to rev it, to which he pulled the Christian Bale nod, lol. The day before I was stopped at the lights and this girl in the passenger seat of an oncoming car gave me a double thumbs up. Seriously, nothing but love everywhere I take this thing. It's the most attention seeking car I have ever owned and while it's not something I signed up for, it's all pretty heart warming.

Same here. I have yet to run into one of those weirdos who genuinely hates the car. Everyone seems to love it.

I do however, run into car guys and friends that make light-hearted jokes about it being a BMW. Never genuine hate though.

I'm gonna bet $5 OP did no research at all beyond googling "performance shop near me" and contacted some random-ass domestic/diesel shop that has no knowledge of DME tuning to begin with.

I actually pulled the info off of protuning freaks list of local dealers, though it may be outdated. I'm about an hour or so north of West Palm Bay or south of Orlando, didn't have much luck on google maps and then I came across that dealer list just reading up on bm3. There is a shop in Miami that regularly works on the A90 as I understand but I was just hoping to see if I could find someone closer than a three hour drive. If anyone is relatively in this area and knows of anyone that could pass that info along, it would be much appreciated. But I can always just look through the Florida posts also.
