Losing oil, smoke only on idle

Hello everyone, I’ve been dealing with this issue for about a month now. Just got my turbo replaced, oil pump replaced and also got a catless down pipe and armaspeed intake. I have a good amount of smoke coming out of the exhaust only at idle, I replaced the valve cover and turbo oil drain line. Going to take off the downpipe and see if there’s oil pooling in the exhaust side of the turbo but I’m at a loss right now as I’m getting no vacuum through the PCV hose when disconnected or any stumble with oil cap off. Any insight would be appreciated. The video was last night as I just let the car idle, and there’s a puff of smoke that comes out when turning back on after a short drive. Again only happens on idle and not while driving.
