I read somewhere that we couldn't activate the M rev counter in our HUD because of a missing module. On a BMW forum I read that some non-M car owners are installing an Mtrack module and then uing Bimmercode to code it in.

I wonder.. what are the chances that we could do the same? There are a lot of M/hud related Bimmercode settings that all seem to not work. Has anyone ever tried to hook up the missing module? Is there anyone knowledgeable in this area that thinks this might be a way forward?

Thoughts?

According to the site that sells the M Track module, it is not compatible with cars that have BDC2, which our Supras have.
