Magnaflow exhaust question

I really wanted to go for the XMod, but didn't want ALL the pieces it comes with, plus there aren't enough audio clips for me to make the jump. I wish Magnaflow allowed you to buy the pieces a-la-carte or chose the piping/resonators with different kit options.

I ordered the AWE non-resonated Touring since I'm not getting a downpipe anytime soon. Plus, the conversion kit from the non-res to the res version is $260 if I decide the non-res is too aggressive for DD.

I used the mufflers, considering there so small and there straight through, but I do have the stock DP , I’m assuming the cat material acts as a muffler

Update; test drove the car, sounds great at
Highway speeds on street mode, inside of car is well insulated from noise( I guess that’s why the use fake noise) roll down the windows and it sounds like a proper sports car! No drone! Stomp on it! Sounds perfect!
My only complaint in regards to noise;
Difference between sport mode and street
Mode While standing in back of car Was
Insignificant ?!IMPO I’m assuming this is due to both being same mufflers
I might try straight pipe on valved side and
Muffler on other side. Yeah I know that sounds crazy but.......

Thats exactly what I would do if I decide to get the exhaust, Speed Industry made about a video about this.

Sound clip wouldn’t do it any justice, all I can say from inside or outside of car, wether
In sport or street mode it sounds the way a proper sports car with balls should sound!
PS no drone at highway speed (60-80 mph)
It’s a well made piece of kit! Except for the ill fitting front band clamp!

That's awesome. I'm gonna swap out the right side muffler for a straight pipe next chance I get.

Other than Magnaflow's own revving clip, nothing much out there until this update from Brosfourrspeed.

However, he does have a hatless downpipe so it's hard to gauge the sound of just the catback, sadly.

Really? No one has driving clips of the XMod on the Supra?

Tbh his videos convinced me to get the AWE touring resonated exhaust, I don't regret buying it and it sounds great.
