Sport cooling mode is generally fine, it just turns on the intercooler loop sooner but still has some intelligence when not needed.

Max cooling mode is the one to be avoided.

Max cooling targets like 179F instead of 210F or something like that. I think in summer in California you should be fine. For daily driving, I wouldn't even bother.

You can switch in real time without a flash in the MHD app.

I daily drive it and I don’t really hammer it occasionally I will but not super aggressive on it. Should I leave it at stock? Also MHD live adjust do i need the car to be on running then adjust it and turn it off so it can be put to stock?

There was a Stock, Sport, and Track cooling I think Max cooling is the track option I put the sport wondering if it’s safe to just leave it like that daily driving.

Sport cooling is fine and recommended.
Max cooling is not recommended in general, but can be used very sparingly

max(bm3)/track(mhd) can prevent your oil temperatures going over 212F during street driving, which means condensation would not get boiled off.
So that means I should turn it off

Sport cooling mode will lower both the coolant and oil temp a few °.
Better for the oil and all the plastic parts when it runs a bit cooler.
Select sport cooling and just drive it.

I don't see the Track or Max colling option in my MHD. Can someone please post some screenshots of what it looks like. Thanks
