Navigation thinks I'm 20 miles away

Anyone ever have the navigation just jump very far away and stay like that? On the way to work today the navigation thought I was in a different county. On the way home it just moved slowly away from work going a different direction. Anybody got a clue how I can fix it?

It thought I was in Springfield Ohio. If that's the sign it's sending then I need a priest, not a mechanic.

Antenna or its connection failing. My 435i did the same. You can test by grabbing a spare GPS antenna off ebay. Plug it directly into the head unit. If same result, its the head unit. If not, the antenna.

When in doubt unplug it and put it back in. I removed the negative terminal for 10 minutes and that fixed it.
