Literally turn your wheel stick your hand in and lift the shroud/dust guard thing. It's a white disk shape. The rear you might need to lift it up and/or pop the wheel off.

I am looking at possibly getting a MK5. Is this color a Pearl White? I looked through the thread and was trying to figure out if it was flake or pearl or kinda iridescent?

It’s subtle pearl that look normal white in low light and pops in the sun.

It's a metallic white (so metallic flake, not pearl). The equivalent BMW color is called Mineral White.
