Had a guy powdercoat a set for me and just got these pictures today. He said something happened in the gloss coat process that made them kind of blotchy but I'm going to go check them out in person on Monday before having him redo them.

If I don't like them, he's going to redo them for free.

The color is Prismatic Powder's Ultra Black Chrome + gloss coat

I’ve got another box/can/package of Hyperdip for my track wheels. I just haven’t gotten around to it as well. Kept saying I’d do it off season. Now the wheels are back on my car and it’ll be another 4-5 months at least….

I know I don't belong here, but this thread helped me pick colors for the stock A90 wheels on my G30 540i RWD.

It's prismatic powders super chrome with black chrome ii top coat. Looks different in shade vs. the sun. Which is also how BMW carbon black metallic behaves. So I like it.
