Agree with all of your points. But I think LA is larger in the sense that it happens every year. Tokyo has lost a lot of its lust over the years. However, Japanese automakers are trying to change that with the rumored debuts of the new Z, RX, and of course Supra.

Yeah I think especially in the recent years with California leading in Green car stuff it's not really a place to show sports cars anymore. In a way it's kinda sad California is where alot of automotive history happens, I feel like in recent years they're just trying to push anything none green out. Times have change, and that's ok. It's not even called LA auto show anymore it's Auto Mobility and it changed a bunch of stuff.

I doubt it. I don't think Calty works on these type of show cars. I believe GRMN concepts are done in Japan.

I'll be getting to Tokyo on the 23rd, and I'm gonna be at the doors of Tokyo Big Sight at 5am on the 25th morning. As long as I don't get lost, I'm fully expecting to be the first one standing at the Toyota stand. We'll have 2 cameras shooting photo and video, and one camera doing YouTube live. So be ready!
