Too many to care much about but the only one I really miss. It and the first '91 I had.

That is one beautiful ride.

After reading everyone’s posts, it made me realize how few cars I’ve actually ever owned. Sentimental value is what glues me to the cars I have. I give it up to everyone who can swap cars in and out for the newest toys! :D

I've always wanted to own a mid-engine sports car. The NA1 NSX was my dream car from high school ('89) when it came out up until the R8 was introduced in '06.

Either one can be had for $80k - reasonably low mileage in great condition. But that's still $30k above my budget - let alone for a USED car.

They'd have to be manual but I'd hate to daily either of them.

My dream car too back then! '89 graduate here... I settled for a '91 CRX SI back then. :D Wish I still had that lil' go kart.... Can't speak to the R8 but the NA1 NSX dailys like a Civic w/ an Accord V6 @290 HP. There's hardly nothing any amateur wrench couldn't do on that car. You would not hate it at all... BTW my first '91 lives up your way and still kickin' 29 years later.... And still timeless....

I sold my r8 with 60k on the clock for 57.5k . Think it was one the best priced r8s in the nation at the time

Mid engine cars always seemed like a riot to drive. Wish I had the opportunity to drive one, even if it were just an MR2 lol.

Funny enough, I was in the market for a Civic Type R before buying my Supra, but the ridiculous dealers here in California were wanting 5-10k markup. Best case scenario was an out the door price of 46-47k

I drove a 2010 R8 V8 but it was the DSG, not the gated manual, sadly. Still fun though. Sounded great too.

I had the opportunity to drive a black '92 NSX that was for sale in my area a few years ago. I loved it! Drove like a dream. Sadly the previous owner had butchered the center console to instal an aftermarket DVD player and the aftermarket wheels had all been curbed.
