Any advice on how to get the thread holes on the head and manifold to lineup and bolt down? Been pushing on the manifold for ages, trying to compress both set of O-rings on the manifold and phenolic spacer just to catch a thread but im having no luck. Half tempted to bust out my dremel and start removing material off the manifold. Also did you guys receive any dowel pins for the head in the kit?

Sorry to revive an old thread, I’m looking for some feedback on where to route the pvc hose that is on the oem manifold. Much appreciated

I've deleted my CCV, PCV and EVAP and dump to atmosphere. There's no PCV or fuel EVAP ports on the EOS. Can use the 2 boost reference ports on the side of the manifold, but youll have to buy some extra OEM PCV connectors and improvise with the tubing. The kit comes with extra PCV tubing.

Looking back on the install, i think i know what was making contact on the manifold with the head. I should have lifted the manifold up, wedged it under the notch and pushed down to compress the Orings to align the bolts.

Not sure how it works with ECUtek but i think you have to tell your tuner to code it out.
