AGM mode... I don't have the product. Please read instructions. Nothing specific to Supra comes to mind. If it has modes or amps, lowest amp or winter settings.
Clamp it to terminals under the hood, not directly to the battery in the trunk...

I too just run a $25 Battery Tender Jr which automatically sets itself to AGM or lead or whatever the battery type that I am charging. I like to leave simple things to just plain simple. I'm too old to be reading tiny instructions manuals for this.

I don’t really store my car... I drive it about once a week or so... is the ctek still ok to use in between drives? Also can I turn my car on while plugged to the ctek and then unplug it?

It takes quite a while to go from 7 to 8 and it will cycle between the two as needed.

As for using it between drives, I don't know that you would need that unless the time between drives is many days. If so, then yes, it should be fine.

I posted this in another thread by mistake but this is my question. I know it has been discussed in multiple threads but what is the consensus on the best economical battery tender? I don’t drive mine but once a month during the winter to basically keep the battery charged and sounds like a tender is what I really need.

Should I unplug the ctek first and then turn on the car? Or turn on the car and then unplug?
