Really annoying water pocket / Water pooling on hatch

Well my trick is after I wash and rinse, I open up the trunk and let all water slide down as I dry other areas.. by the time I get there, puddle is gone, as I mentioned before.

I suppose you can also just flip the car over to dunk the water out.. no rocket science here..
