I’ve got more videos on the way, but things are a bit hectic right now with my relocation for work. The latest update includes the drag pack, DSS axles, CP, DP, PI, and meth (the meth is installed but I haven’t used it yet since I’m tuning with PI first). Once you see the drag pack, it’ll give you a better idea of the power level I’m targeting. My goal is to break into the 9s (or at least hit a very low 10s) while keeping the stock turbo, engine, and transmission—though I’m sure the stock transmission will be a challenge, haha. Once I hit that milestone, the next step will be upgrading the turbo.

Did you seriously just let an old man install axles without a lift, while you sat there recording it? Are you trying to accelerate the man's arthritis? lol shame on you.

Got a good laugh out of that! Just to clarify, the 'old man' you’re referring to is my father, who is in excellent shape and runs 5k marathons regularly—he’s definitely not slowing down anytime soon! While a lift would make things easier, it's not necessary for this type of work. Since the car is in the USA and our shop is in Trinidad & Tobago, we're working with different tools and resources. Appreciate the concern, but he’s doing just fine! :)

So glad to see updates. Can't wait to see whats possible on the stock turbo. Others have said it should max out around 550hp.
So the plan will be e85 and meth injection on stock turbo? I assume e85 was the reason for doing the PI upgrade now?

That is correct, E85 and meth will be added for cooling on top. Unfortunately our pump E85 is only around e57-66. Based on what I did before on E50, we were at the limit of the stock fuel system also stock catalytic converter would have been restricting flow.

The most I have seen on stock turbo was around 560whp (no nitrous). I heard the boost was around 30-32psi tapering to 20-22psi. It should max our around 550-570whp. If I had to guess but that may have to be on race ethanol as my pump ethanol is pretty low.

I've read various things but interested to see what you find. I've read it's the pumps that max out mostly. What i like with your approach is that with the extra injectors you will be able to see if it's an injector limitation or a pump limitation.

I've been lucky and managed to get e76 so far.
I've been impressed with what you have achieved with basically a tune and e50

I do love experimenting and pushing/finding limits. I am hoping for finish up tune by next week as I will be going IFO on Saturday. I had a couple issues that delayed my progress with a defective axle which was vibrating at high speeds as well as defective drag tires which are all replaced now but still testing. Thank you.

32psi? I'd be interested to see that. Kill map on E50+meth is around 26 psi taper to 24psi. It's got a little more in it.

@Got_M around 530whp give or take based on 60-130. Fastest stock turbo no nitrous I've tuned.

yes 30/32psi is the max I have seen which is tapered to 22/20psi.

I did 10.462s on 24psi boost tapering to 22/20psi, 15.5deg timing, E50 and launching at around 2000rpm. Full weight, stock trans, no meth, stock exhaust. Didn't dyno that map as yet but I did some changes so will see how low I can go this weekend.

Yep, the 26 psi map is slipping the trans so be ready for that?

Taper to 20 seems low for e50+meth idk
