So I busted my gas pedal, what is more technically known as a travel sensor pedal.

Roll-raced a CTS-V, and something didn’t feel right:oops:

Replaced it today after ordering from the good people at Dick Dyer Toyota.

The 2018 CTS-V is Cadillac's performance-driven super-sedan, powered by a supercharged 6.2L V8 pumping out 640 horsepower and 630 lb-ft of torque.
You definitely showed the Cadillac whose boss...

C&D got 0-60 in 3.5 on these things - is any CTS quicker than that?? I know they're beasts but sheesh! My last Caddy was a Northstar SLS and while it moved along just fine, nowhere in the same league as the MkV!

The race aside I'm not feeling that cast plastic hinge on the plastic accelerator (potentiometer) pedal. Not to confuse this with old style cable-operated throttles but I'm more than a little surprised BMW and Toyota didn't specify a cast aluminum pedal assembly for the sensor to bolt onto.

Stock for stock they would've been pretty close. Any mods on either would've done it.

Really, "Northstar"??????

Dude, the last "true" CTS-V WAGON would do 3.9 /0-60. Listen, not hating I love the Supra and think it is BAD ASS but I also have a brain and if I rolled up on one of those even in the 3.0, I would just smile and let it be. You would be neck and neck practically to 60 by the 1/4 he's leaving and WOT after the 3.0 shuts off at 155, that Caddy is looking back at you all the way to 190.......save your "pedal" and just let it be.

The Supra is awesome.....just leave it at that.;)
