Without the possibility of having the intake manifold registered, I’d rather leave it and not risk driving around without TÜV approval. The costs and risks of a potential removal or issues with the insurance are too high for me. Have you already been in contact with the company RHD Speedmaster? I’m thinking about asking Speed Engineering whether an „Einzelabnahne“ might be possible with them.

It’s a pity that there is no „Teilegutachten“ like the one for the Wagner and Do88 intake manifold for the S58.
Nope, haven't talked to RHD Speedmaster yet.
Intake is on the lower end of my Mod list, since my priority is to get everything done that has a Teilegutachten before those are invalid in mid 2028.

But yea Speed Engineering is also an option, if those are closer to you.

Now I’m curious which modifications you’re planning to make by 2028. I’m getting Stage 2 with TÜV approval registered by 55parts at the end of September and might upgrade to Stage 3 later with the Turbosystem turbocharger. In addition, I still have Protrack rims, the Eibach anti-roll kit, Millway bushings, and a big brake kit with steel braided lines on my list. Unfortunately, there’s no TÜV approval available for the Millway bushings.

Basically everything, since is just got my Supra two weeks ago. 😂
Wheels+Tyre, Suspension, Aero, Exhaust, brake lines, intake and other small things.
Bottleneck is money 🙃

For power i probably go the JB4 route, unlocking the DME seems to much of a hassle, don't wanna go big turbo anyway.
In my opinion for the street 400-500hp is enough, sometimes even too much.
Of course the Autobahn and racetracks are a different matter.
