Yes, it needs them. My quarter panels are ppf'd, I've got a bunch of Knicks in it already from rocks at the bottom. They are very minimal but look effective. Def does not spoil the look imo. They look like they were supposed to be there if that makes sense. 50 bucks very well spent.
I agree...These splash guards are one of the first things I added beside PPF applied to the front bumper area...I have absolutely no road rash or pitting of paint behind the wheels as a result...Also nice to not have mud splash ups....They are also a must have if your going to add wheel spacers to widen your stance...And I don't find them at all distracting from the appearance and hardly notice them at all!

I know there is a lot of confusion about the install of ZL1 Addons Rock Guards so here is a video install!

I bought these and not very impressed. They look cheap and I don’t like the style. For the price paid I was not satisfied with them. Your video is great and you explain the install well. Toyota needs to come up with an OEM that looks good. The guards on my xse Camry look better then these. This is just my thoughts on these splash guards.

Im looking at getting a set of these. Did all the issues with the wrong black screw and pushpins for the front get figured out from the supplier?

Mine came with the correct hardware and I ordered them the first of April so hopefully they have fixed those issues

I ordered and installed them last week. Everything was in good order. They look great and the install was exactly like the Carguy 11 video. It’s a must have if you’ve got spacers.

Installed these. Anyone still getting chips on the bottom portion of the fender that curves in?

Judging by the shape of the guard, it doesn't look like it will protect the bottom portion of the fender. Good thing is that that part of the fender is never visible unless you lay down on the ground :) Side note, I ordered a set and will update on my experience!

Just rechecked mine... 2000 miles and still not one chip even with 12.5/15mm spacers and splash guards installed... no regrets!

Checked mine, nothing. I like how they perform so far.

I REALLY want these... But nowhere in the UK does them! Doesn't look like they ship internationally either...

Just installed my ZL1 guards. Everything looks good and functional like the other posts, however, there is an exception I'd like to take on one particular angle on the rear guards. The standoffs are white, and I really wish they were black. You can clearly see the standoff if you're looking at the guard from this angle. Very cheap looking in my opinion. I will probably pull the top standoffs off and spray can them black and re-install.
