Stateside Unlock with ECM Tuner in NJ

Anyone have this "version" of DME unlock? It looks like they are located in NJ.

They will only do it if you buy with BM3 license, as they say they're not making money off the unlock (it's a 3rd party). They're making money from the sale of BM3. They do note there's a small chance your ECU will be bricked. I asked them if dealer update relocks it, they said no.

5 day turn around? This smells like they are just sending it to Femto.

That's what I thought, but someone on their IG asked that and ECM claims they don't send to Femto. The other difference is they claim a dealer update does not relock, and if I'm understanding correctly, currently Femto unlocks are relocked by dealer updates. Wondering if they're using the same 3rd party Kies did, but not taking a cut.

If they are using the same one KIES did/does, then 5 days and sent out makes no sense. Pretty sure Femto or AutoTuner.

This 100% just confirms that they send it to someone else (most likely FEMTO), since why would you word it like that if you had an in-shop method?
