My biggest complaint with the Streethunter wings is that I can't tell if that's a cop back there .........but we all have radar detectors right? Other than that, I love mine.

Street hunter wing runs right across the middle. It was a huge distraction at first, but I’m use to it now. It does make it harder to see what’s back there, but doesn’t block so much that you can’t tell someone is coming up on you or anything like that.

Would you say the SH wing makes it easier to access the hatch? Is the bottom portion where it's screwed into the hatch a strong enough to use as a spot to lift from? It's getting really old having to wedge my fingers under one of the taillights to get the hatch up.

Yes you can lift it from there. I don’t but my girl does. I have lifted many times from one side or the other. I do run quite a bit bigger SS washers than what came stock.

I do need heavy duty struts though, light breeze and it’ll close on ya

On my car I lift directly from the carbon cross bar/wing. It’s very strong and sturdy.

Anytime I see anyone posting about that Street Hunter wing - its always how aftermarket garbage it is.

In my opinon it does not fit the shape of the car at all.
I agree with most of the large wings not fitting the car or look like a picnic table on the hatch.

Like this picnic table:

This is the absolute best looking large wing. It’s quality is exceptional and thin profile and shape fit the car perfectly:

All other versions of this wing like the Seibon pictured below resembles tne staypuff marshmallow man it’s so thick it takes away from the sleek lines of the car.

It’s at least 3x thicker at all angles detracting from the lines of the car.

Am I being overly particular here, well yes because if you’re going to put a large wing on the car every detail matters because the size and shape of the wing draws the eyes immediately and compliments or destroys the look of the car. Everyone has their preference but if you’re adding a large wing it should compliment the car, not destroy the looks of it. Just my honest opinion

I agree - There isn't really anything square on the car at all. Its why I really like OEM stuff as it is designed to flow with the car.

One thing I really think the car needs from the factory is a lower front valance, which is why the car looks so good with aftermarket lips on it. I think the reason why is to clear parking stops so Toyota doesn't have to hear people who bought the car complain.

Thanks for the pics, this is super helpful! It doesn't seem to be as bad as I thought it'd be.

I would recommend getting the convex side view mirrors if you get a wing, helps tremendously with the blind spots and just seeing more in general around the car.

Which brand is this and where can I buy it?
