Supra Brake Squealing Noises

I’ve noticed that every time after starting up the car and driving and braking a bit, the brakes would make a loud squealing noise when I brake, but would go away after some time of driving it for a bit. Only does this after starting it up and goes away after a bit of driving. It’s been doing this ever since I got the car about half a year now and not sure why it does this sometimes. Should I be worried?

You'll notice that it'll do it more right after a wash lol

You’ll notice it even more so if you replace the pads for grippier ones. Cheap ceramic pads are your best bet for the least squeal and everyday driving.
