Supra Connect- Unable to load VIN

I am hoping that someone else has experienced this. I purchased my 2024 in April 2025 from a Acura dealer. Since then I have been trying to load my VIN into the Supra Connect site to no avail. Toyota Brand Engagement seems to have no clue (they don't know that BMW manages the connect process) and BMW Connect (tells me) they would like to help but I own a Toyota. It would make sense to go back to a Toyota dealer and have them fill out a PDI sheet for my car but there is no procedure for this

I just bought my 26 recently.
It took about 2 months after purchase until mine worked.
Same issue when entering the VIN.
Works fine now but with manual trans it’s not much use as no remote start.
I’ve tried the ventilate a dozen times and it never works lol.
Always just get an error after a few minutes.
Might be useful if I ever locked key inside somehow but that probably wouldn’t work either lol.
I always just leave the FOB in my pocket so unlikely to happen anyway.

It’s been almost 2 months, lots of forms filled out but not sure specifically on that.
I remember opting out of some sort of data collection though.
everything else seems to work, shows fuel levels, miles, etc.

Neither version have remote start. It’s only enabled through a coding exploit that was literally just broke through.

For what it’s worth it was as simple as downloading the Supra connect app and registering the VIN with a new account for my 26 FE Auto

That’s what I did but it didn’t accept the VIN for almost 2 months.
I think that was partly dealer slow to officially process the sale, took them a while to process on the back end.
The ventilate doesn’t work though, just always gives an error after a few minutes.
I don’t feel like I’m missing much though, app is kind of lackluster.

I was on the Supra App last year with no issues, I could toot the horn. Yesterday I launched the app and it would not take my password, They changed the app IMO. So I made another user, it took the vin and sent a number to the car for me to finish the registration. The new app will toot the horn.
