I am hoping to buy one in a year or two. What I'd like to see:

- Manual (This is a deal breaker for me. No manual, no care.)
- Targa top (Strongly want, but not deal breaker.)
- More colors (Specifically some oranges and blues.)
- Fix the wind buffeting
- Making most/all vents functional
- More of a track/special edition with an S58 and lighter/manual bucket seats that are leather and cloth/alacantara/etc.

Toyota will be a few months behind BMW so sometime in 2023 as a 2024 model seems plausible.

On the BMW side the two biggest complaints are the nose and the fake vents. This old rendering was a big hit over on bimmerpost. I think a lot of it can easily be incorporated for a refresh. Sadly I think Toyota will just rework the lights and call it a day.

this late in the game i think they would have already frozen the final design for the LCI. also i dont think we're gonna see a massive refresh like with the XV50 Camry or 3rd gen Lexus IS. past Z4s only saw revise lights and bumpers.
I wouldnt doubt if that is the case. Right after a car is released a design team almost start immediately working on a facelift. The reason is because even though the Supra debuted in 2019 the design was already locked in 2-3 years prior. So inorder to have a refresh version ready in 3-4 years from the initial launch work usually starts a lot sooner then most people think.

Why not? Beside the active wing everything else looks like an easy fix.

Cuz of $$$$. Easier, cheaper, and faster to rework head and taillights than to revise body panels and actually make functional vents.

Nothing,considering a Civic DX
On a different note, remember how everyone said there would be tons of aftermarket support for those that wanted a "normal" looking front bumper. Two years later and there is like zero options.
What would a "normal" front bumper look like? Also how long is warranty for the Supra?
