it goes between the chassis brace and the chassis itself.
it uses a 8mm screw to connect.
the bolt adjacent to it is a e14 torx if that is any help.

In a situation like this, much more information is required.

Size is helpful (post a picture of said part next to an object of widely known size, like a water bottle, ruler, or dollar bill, yes I see you're in NZ), and location is necessary.
