Since the supra’s interior is all bmw is there any way you can retrofit the screen? Maybe to the 12.3 inch screen or even the 10.25 inch screen?

I feel like there are a few steps you could take to determine if this is feasible as I haven't seen anyone try this yet 1) first would want to find other BMW screens in the larger size but at the same resolution. I suspect running a different resolution could present challenges (though maybe this can be addressed through coding or it doesn't even matter...no idea). technically you could probably find a non-BMW/aftermarket touchscreen but that brings up...2) of these screens what type of connections do they use? If they are the same connection and resolution you may be onto something, if a different connection this is another hurdle to overcome; 3) figure out how in the world to make it look like it was meant to be there in the first place. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the true challenge.

If you just want to see if it works I would think same resolution and connection, figure out how to hook it up, and it might be plug and play. Otherwise you're going down a path of adapters, coding, troubleshooting, etc. Even if it seems plug and play though there is a chance there is security features that aren't going to let you just swap it out.

Why would you want larger? It already takes up like 1/4 of the windshield space.
Fackin FACT. I find the tablet stick-on style screens to be miserable.

The screen doesn’t bother me much, So might as well get a bigger one haha
Digital windshield…. Genius! It would be like playing forza, but in real life, with realistic damage!

Seeing how you can go from 8.8 to 10 or whatever it was (Supra Base to Premium), it sounds possible. The usual BimmerCode Expert mode settings. Gotta find the right resolution. etc. etc. etc..
