Those look fantastic!! Did you get to keep the previous seat covers? I would love to buy one off of you or anyone else in any condition. I would like to disassemble the pieces so I can have a sewing pattern to make my own covers.

Or if anyone knows where you can find schematics with pattern measurements then that would work too, but I can only find the PDF from Alea Leather that just shows a mock-up of the pattern design without any measurements. I'd prefer not to rip apart my own seats until I have another cover to replace them. I can also find seats from totaled vehicles around $320 but I was hoping one of you would part with just the skins.
~ The company who installed mine charged $400 to keep the original leather in one piece so they could be reused. Typically they simply cut them apart to make for an easier install.

Well dang, those totaled car cushions sure are looking affordable now lol. Our seats have two zippers on the back, it's crazy to think more cutting is necessary/convenient!? Maybe it would help keep the foam in place? That sucks, I'd hate to ruin the stock seat covers too but $400 is pretty steep.

I don’t see a point of me paying them 1- 2k to reinstall the stock seat covers. Would rather sell the car with them when the time comes

I totally get you, I wouldn't bother restoring the seats to stock for resale, especially given the quality of your new ones.

I just think the removed covers have resale value, although maybe only for someone like me or an Alcantara seat owner looking for a swap. I probably would have been satisfied with the '22 stock red seats if they hadn't phased them out in the US. Thanks for the quick replies!

Yeah definitely but when you do the swap you’ll notice the new leather is amazing compared to OEM I wanted to keep my old leather fill I felt the new stuff haha

I had my Alea leather installed today, and I love them! The deboss Supra logo in the headrest is my favorite aspect aside from the seats being red.

With the perforated leather, do they give you the option to add cooling/ventilation?

add me to the list of red interior.
~ At my request... I was grateful the installer removed the black airbag tags from my red seats before installation for the clean 'less is more' look.

I know with Katzkin you can add heating and cooling but I’m not sure with Alea.

These are just customized leather covers being offered via Alea.

The seat itself (foam, inner workings) remain oem.

Hope that helps.

A Katzkin authorized dealer gave me a quote of $5600 (including matching console and door trim pieces) :confused1: seemed like a ripoff to me, but then again, I don’t have much experience with custom car interiors…

this one seems like a better option with more testimony from customers

That seems like a lot I did the seats and all the trim pieces for 2200, some people did all that for even less

Would any of you with the actual Alea samples be able to upload a photo with the Verona Red, Rosso and Positano swatches next to each other? ?
