Autotrader only shows 390 active listings for new 2020s. About half of them are still at or over MSRP.

Not by much. Toyota is only forecasting 20% for the 2.0.Unfortunately with the 4 cylinder model that won’t be the case for much longer. I’ve also seen more and more 2020s on the road lately since they’re going for steep discounts

Not every dealer lists on Cargurus, I'm sure a bunch are still in transit to dealers, and a few have been sold already.119 2021 Supras on Cargurus. Up 5 from just yesterday but still shy of the “400” that supposedly came to the US.
Did Porsche temporarily stop deliveries this year into the USA (middle of model year change)? I haven't seen any new Caymans listed in my area.the 718 did pretty well at first... until the Supra arrived on the scene.

That’s really coolIn related news, the father/son team of the YouTube channel “Your Auto Advocate” are preparing to launch a US database showing MDS (market day supply) for all cars by zip code. It will also show how long cars have been on the lot.
They also plan to add a scale to express the meaning of the MDS within the context of how much leverage you have to deal on the sale price. The higher the MDS, the more discount you can expect.
Looks like they’ve got a beta version up. I signed up to gain access. I’ll report back when I get a chance to use it. This is a screen shot they have depicting the info dashboard. That’s really cool
Well, seasonality dictates that this is the peak, not the average. Also, they’re still dumping 2020s... more earnestly I might point out.500 Supras were sold during August in the U.S.

Assuming they keep moving around 500 units a month Toyota will probably end the yr with around 5,300 units. In comparison the A80's highest point was in 1994 with 3,405 units.
