just liked your review! I wish I would have kept track of all of the dealerships I called that were charging 10k+ over msrp and/or refused to sell to out of state. (Honestly we should spin up a 2nd mega thread of dealerships to avoid)

imagine my surprise seeing dealerships selling a rav4 or Corolla 15k over msrp (in addition to their Supra)

Coming back to this over a year after I sold my 21 3.0 is just wild. I paid 54k in the summer of 2021. Been checking the market for a blue 3.0 manual and can’t find anything less than $70k for one…. Absolutely nuts considering MSRP on that is still right under $60k. Hopefully they keep the stratosphere blue color for a few years maybe I’ll buy one when the dealers come off the pipe and supply is back up. The manual peaked my interest in becoming another customer and owner but not with these prices

I just visited Kendall/West Kendall Toyota and they told me there are market adjustments. Kendall told me 66k and west kendall didn't give me a price.

Don’t give up amigo! Florida was awful in 2022 for me. I had to go out of State. That being said, since interest rates have gone up, someone mentioned a dealer in the Tampa/St. Pete area that sold him a MSRP car.

I briefly looked for my wife and found a dealer somewhere in SC and one in the Midwest that were willing to sell MSRP manuals about 4 months ago. Florida is tough due to our increased population and disposable income. Retirees that have worked all their life and don’t care about the interest rates (have the cash). We were also open longer during Covid. More cash in pocket, so to speak. Seems to be taking longer down here.

I had to go out to Texas to get mine at MSRP. Everyone in Florida had some kind of adjustment and or a lot of added junk. $950 to ship it in an enclosed trailer, which was well worth it.

Community Toyota in Bay Town TX. I did contact a few others around there and said we’re waiting on some to come in. I was told MSRP so that’s a good possibility. Sterling McCall might still have theirs if you want to check.

I used Sgt Auto Transport and I can’t say a bad thing. I made the arrangements and they picked it up on Friday delivered on Saturday. In fact I was extremely shocked on how fast it happened. Nice truck and very professional.

Ended up getting a 2021 3.0P instead of waiting for a new one at MSRP (seems like a unicorn these days). Was able to get a pretty good deal (49K for 24K miles, clean history) through private party, so am happy with the purchase.
