Warm Start delete? (locked ecu)

I love the warm start rev but it's starting to get a little obnoxious, especially after going catless.
I also love how classy the normal start sounds (not cold but when the car's been sitting for 20+ mins).

I'm currently running just a jb4 since my ecu is locked, is there any way to delete the warm start rev function?

I thought it was random. Sometimes my car does it, which I love! And other times the Florida heat & humidity is just too much ?‍
