Weird knocking sound coming from under hood that I'm unable to pinpoint

Hey everyone, have this sound that I can hear coming from underneath the hood on my Supra. I've tried tightening the hood hinges and everything and it doesn't seem like anything is loose in there.

When sitting in the car, it presents itself as a classic rattle when I'm driving down bumpy roads and honestly has been driving me pretty wild. Was hoping someone here would have some experience with this and could help point me in the right direction!

Maybe check all the pins/screws holding the wheel well liner in place. Sounds plasticy vs metallic

Sounds like something is not in alignment.

Basically it creaks like that because it's supposed to be like this... __ but is aligned like this /\
So the creak is the tension on the hinges. To test, try wd-40 or triflow on the hinge. If it quiets down, gonna say the back of the hood to hinge needs to be adjusted.

Try loosening the hood connection to where they are finger right, then retighten.
